RHS Flexible Tooling Vise for CNC Machining
RHS Vise for Flexible Tooling and irregular shapes is composed of 2 pcs of flexible tooling fixtures, one of them is fixed at one side and the other is movable by rolling the wheel on the other side. And there are several groups of screw holes in the vise base plate. The whole part of a movable flexible tooling vise can be changed and fix to different positions according to the workpiece size. The pins on fixtures are flexible and able to simulate the figure of a complex workpiece easily when clamping. The application of this centering vise is for CNC machining, measurement in the laboratory, and assembly. The air connection on the lateral side is a function for keeping fixtures from fillings after machining.
