EROWA Compatible workholding systems very versatile and may be used for various applications. Pallet sizes, retaining force and positionning accuracy are features to consider.
The base of the EROWA ITS Toolingsystem is built by the chucks on the machines. Workpieces or electrodes are set on the system carriers (pallets, electrodeholders, centering plates…) and off you go!
Erowa Compatible RHS Centering plate 50×90 positions the workpieces or electrodes are positioned and aligned on the machine within seconds. Unproductive setup time is converted into precious manufacturing time.
Compatible from Setup to EDMing
While the machine is operating, the next job is setup. All these prepared workpieces or electrodes are now instantly ready for manufacturing
The workpieces or electrodes remain mounted on the systemcarrier throughout the production cycle (turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Wire-EDM).
